Application for issue of Eligibility Certificates / Migration Certificates presented in person in complete format with required Certificates / documents before 11.30 a.m.  will be issued  on the same day after 5.30 p.m. The applications submitted after 11.30 a.m. will be issued on the next working day  at  5.30 P.M. only.
